Hi, any of you local guys have a mechanic you trust. I'd like to give the local Nissan dealerships a pass. My garage is in Cambridge and I don't know if I wanna have them work on the G.

I have used Peter's Auto Service on Victoria (just once for a balance & rotate on the G). My friend with a Maxima refered me to him.
I also used Schlicter's on Queen St. S. for the past 14 years. Always very good service and very close to my office. Ask for David Hill. You can tell him I refered you if you like.
Just to add...There are about 10 staff at my office using Dave at Schlicter's

Both are nice guys. Always upfront and honest with me.

Cheers
Paul

I like Simones Performance . Haven't had issues with them. Sorry I didn't see the KW part but Simones is still worth the trip

For planned service I use Vic as well. Just thinking ahead in case I need a repair close by. Like, service engine soon.

When you say garage, what do you mean? I am guessing you're trying to avoid the trip to Cambridge.

BUT

My mechanic is named Tom and owns a garage in Cambridge (professional Steer and Brake) Super trust worthy guy and a family friend for many years. Really honest, which can be hard to find.

If you want his info PM me.

If you ever need to go to an Infiniti dealership I suggest Guelph. Those guys are pretty solid and don't rip you off as bad as most.

I like the guys at Guelph, but it's a drive that I have to plan.

Yea it's only about 15 minutes for me, but I'd still rather talk to Greg Vann before making that trip.

Good luck with your search!

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but Tom and Bob at Paul Coffey Nissan on Victoria are solid guys. I do most of my own stuff - with the help when necessary - so can't help more with mom & pop shops.
