Chopstixx - call me to discuss the issues with your car at 403-258-2255.

Swivelhips - I'll call you when the radio gets here later this week or next. Warranty is one year or 20,000kms which is the standard warranty.

Have a great day.

Ken

Glad to see you on here, Ken. Great place to get some unvarnished feedback that hopefully you can use to improve Hyatt's service and reputation.

Chops, have you given Ken a call yet? Has there been any resolution to your concerns about your experience at Hyatt?

Can't be that much, I had the whole enchilada replaced for $500-ish including labour. I agree with wgm, you should call Ken and find out.

I had some key reprogrammed by them, I was charged for the keys only, programming was free and I bought front wheel bearings from them which I latter found online for a fraction of what they charged.

I just replaced my struts, compression rods, brembo rotors, center console and headlights but didn't buy from them, I bought online and saved about 40% after shipping, taxes etc.

Acura and auto parts stores are no better, bought struts for a RSX online and saved almost 50% from what was quoted from Silverhill Acura and NAPA.

Thank you so much for the internet, finally some competition!

unfortunately, completely normal for over the counter dealer parts.
Glad to hear you found some good online sources.
