I had Hyatt do some work last fall, including some warranty and recall work. The stuff I had to pay for was all quoted and billed equally, I didn't have to pay for anything extra, the service was good, and I don't really have any complaints.... Other than Nissan putting **** transmissions in these cars. But that's a different issue. That said I'll still never go back. Payig dealership price just isn't high on my to do list.

Sorry to NECROPOST but I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to give our friends at HYATT a visit pretty soon over the infamous G35 rear axle "clicking."

Anyone had some experience with them since their big move? They even REMOTELY sympathetic to folks with modded vehicles?

Thanks.

Well, second try at fixing the dash rattle = ng. Perhaps third try's the charm? We'll see...

apprently someone tampered with my Airflow sensor and now im gonna have to dish out a good 600

Good to know- just in case.

I bought my car at Sunridge Nissan so I'm going to see if they'll be reasonable about it. I don't mind paying to get it done- provided they don't try to ambush me on it. If I fail there then I'll go to Hyatt- I know a couple months ago it seems the membership here was relatively happy with the service.

Will keep you posted.

Is this for warranty work? My last discussion with Nissan Canada was that only Infiniti dealerships were authorized because only they had Infiniti trained techs.

Ask me for the whole story some day...

I took my sedan into the new Hyatt location a few weeks ago for some recall work and it was all good (can't go wrong with free). My brother takes his sedan to Brasso Nissan and has said good things about them.

Well out of warranty apparently so 300 bucks. Two hours plus applicable parts which sounds right. Just that 100+ dollar shop time that kills. Sunridge pushed me over to hyatt thinking I might still be on warranty. Oh well. Back to the ol' drawing board!

yea hyatt is the worst dealership ever, my car actually came from there, but im the 2nd owner. after i bought the car (private sale) before I moved back to BC, i brought it there, to see if they could assess the clutch noise sound, and even tho it was under warranty, they wouldnt look at it without thier dumb $100 fee... such bs.

when I moved back to BC, I brought it to Auto West Infiniti in Richmond, and they were happy to look at it.. for FREE.

Hyatt sux a fat monkey dick.

Called Sunridge Nissan to ask them again about the work. Figured their shop cost would be lower than Infiniti- 129 bucks an hour- it turned out to be even MORE expensive than Hyatt- but they could get me in on Friday if I'd taken that option. Frankly, local shop for 60 bucks is where I'm at.

Now then... to find that local shop?
