Thumbs up Grand bend meet - AUG 16th
Anybody down for a nice beach day/ grand bend meet?

I love grand bend and I love Gs, so why not mix em together? haha what do you guys think?

Grand Bend is a town. It has a feel like Wasaga Beach.

It's a tourist town on Lake Huron well known for it's beaches. The town and main street that leads to the beach is full of restaurants and arcades. Fun for the whole family.

From me like an hour? so from Toronto I'd say an hour and 40 minutes depending of traffic.

It's a little more of a hike than I originally figured, didn't really think how far most of the Toronto guys are.

how have u not heard of it???? there is a drag strip there aswell!!!! they got a nice beach too!

Thats not far, exwrx and I quite often have to drive 2-3 hours for a meet.

lol fine, i guess if the turnout seems to be large enough ill make the drive out too, bring a buddy with me or sumtin for company

^^^exactly, the G is such a fun car to drive, distance doesn't matter (as long as we can afford the gas)

yea hopefully we won't get another summer gas spike and be paying $1.40+ a L

If you guys are down though, lets set a date!

someone set a date and hopefully we can all go! it will take me 1.5hrs to get there. like gee34fx(wayne) said, you are supposed to enjoy driving your car for a lenght of time. thats what we got them for!
