If you already have stone chips its not worth getting the clear bra because you will see the chips even more.

On the bumper you don't normally notice it since it is a full wrap but on the hood and fenders you will always see a line where it ends, no matter what make the clear bra is, it is unavoidable. You will see that line.

Can you tell it's there? Ya, from a foot away you can. From behind you can. Is there a line? Sure. Is it more invisible than other films? Ya. Does a lot of it depend on the installer? Yes. Bumpers, installed correctly, are almost impossible to spot. On the hood if they wrap it where is still one seam, the line at the end of the bra (unless you wrap the entire front end, which is becoming more common).

Marco installed my clear bra. See if you can find it.

Hi guys, Is Marco still the man to call? I don't want to wait too long to get the new G protected.
I'm open to other suggested installers in K-W area. From what I read, I think I want VentureShield™ which is owned by 3M???

I got Venture-Shield on the FX, it was done in Newmarket by Sean who runs The Detailing Shop right beside Vic Simones http://www.detailingshop.ca/index.htm

Thanks Wayne. I just sent them a quote request via their website.
I trust you are still satisfied with the quality they did you FX?

It sure has saved the front end of the FX especially on my Cross Canada trip. Overall, I'm very happy with it, a couple little issues but I would get it again..
When I got my fender replaced last year, Sean didn't even charge me to redo that fender with the VS.

Is there anyone else? I'll go to Houghton in Guelph if not.

I'm going to get my new headlights wrapped, don't want them ending up like my old ones

Houghton is who Guelph Infiniti uses to do the window tints. I plan on getting a quote from them when I pick up the car. I have a quote from Marco already. A couple more and I will decide where to go.

Yea, Houghton has always been good to me with quoting parts at jobber price and everything so I've never had an issue with going back and recommending them but if there was someone who was mobile and I didn't have to take a trip to Guelph, I would not complain! haha

FWIW, Marco is still around and is still, imo, the man.
