Rusted!!!
Hey guys, i was washing my car today and realizing a small paint chips right above the front wheel on the fender. Inside the small paint chip it is rusted, maybe becuz of the snows and salt in the winter... it is not noticable but i don't want it to get worst, what shoul i do? can i just buy a touch up paint from infiniti and paint the chipped area?

I think you'll find that the warranty covers only 'rust perforation' and that nicks, scratches and chips are our responsibility.--(unless the paint is faulty)
To repair a chip that's started rusting, you'll want to clean out any rust and loose paint/primer. Then reprimer the bare metal and paint (allow drying time in between.)
It's very difficult to do a 'home' job such as this that blends in with the body paint, especially metallic paint.
You may want to get it done professionally. "Cars Medics" is one business I've dealt with and they're very good. Typicly, they'll charge about $100 to repair all minor nicks and scratches..... Not sure who's in your area, but there will be similar businesses.
Only the hood is aluminum.

Paint won't stick too well to rust, so you should get that out as much as you can. Get some primer and dab that on the bare metal, then a couple coats of touch-up should do until you get it done properly.
