good video's. it only makes sense to have winter tires if you drive in the winter!!

The best winter tires won't do you any good when you're stuck on a hill behind somebody with baldies. They need to be mandatory in all jurisdictions...

Pretty strong evidence that snow tires should be made mandatory. Agree with the post above, having snows doesn't protect you from those that don't.
