I had to work I went all day with no radio, no answering my phone and no checking text messages, because i recorded the game and I didn't want to know anything till i got home and watched it. At my last rig visit of the day as soon as i opened the door the oil company rep blurted out its 2-1 for Canada damn i told him i went all day with hearing anything so i could watch it tonight, then the rig crew told me when the USA tied it with 24sec left so i went and watched the rest of the game with the oil company rep. It was a sweet goal and it felt great

Hopefully I get to see a bronze this week

I heard 26 million Canadians watched at least part of the game, might've heard it wrong though. Not sure if this article mentions anything about Canadian ratings.

Someone on a forum had the nerve to say Crosby didn't do anything in the tournament. That he is way over rated. I set the person straight pretty quick. What a maroon!
Crosby had 7 points in 7 games, the tournament winner (beating the tournaments top rated defenceman and top goalie). Not bad when you are always up against the best player a team can put on you. Usually he was doubled up on which left someone in the open.
I also think it is great that he could potentially play in at least 3 more.
Most of the players where 26 or younger and we still have Stamkos, Tavares Green and lots more waiting in the wings. A couple great Junior players coming up too. The future still looks pretty good.
