^IMHO I don't think we have enough information to state unequivocally all of the Toyota car incidents are the drivers fault. Likely some of these incidents are but it's hard to say right now if they all are not car related.

We may find out after the class action law suits are ruled upon or if Toyota feels it is losing and settles silently.

IMO, what is happening is quality of Toyota slipped as it raced along to gain the number one market position. Something was lost along the way.
