Anyone else not happy with the way the first week of spring turned out?

last week was a nice 20 degrees average. As soon as spring comes around, BAM its almost 0 again..

 

the weather is weird these days, last 2 weeks were way above the historical average but now its under the historical average , but given the predictions, seems like we r gonna have a nice and hot summer
i think for summer tires we still have to wait at least april20s.
