Alright, i did my door handles today, and attempted to do my shifter ****. Probably do the center console later on today. Here's some pics for now.

Backside of the wrap.

Shifter ****:

Also, it seems that this fabric is actually waterproof:

Even though its waterproof, the fact that it is fabric and not vinyl will make me NOT recommend this for exterior use.

*Updated first post with pics*

If you would like me to get this done for you, pm me

ok. I finished the center console. It may look good from pics but it took sooooo long. buttons ruining the side of the wraps, button becoming stuck, wrap not lining up with other parts.... etc etc. such a PITA. so worth it when its done though!!

pics:

looks SO much better than before.

Total work time is about 6 hours. 1-1.5 hour on 4 door pulls, 4.5 - 6 hours on center console.....

thanks.. do you think a yard of it would be enough to do coupe door handles and the center console?

I would guess the thickness is what causing the buttons to stick on the inside of the lips. Can you sand down the material inside the lip were the buttons pop through? You wouldn't be able to see it once put back together.
Just a thought

^ i thought of that, but since i had to use the car shortly after i put it back, i just didnt bother with it. Miraculously though, the buttons are now not stuck anymore

jwolfpk: yes, 1 yard will definitely be enough.

that looks real tight. maybe try is when i get the double din kit. does the thickness of the fabric offset all the parts a lot?

thanks in advance

it offsets a bit. The fabric i used was 0.4mm thick.
