My Carbon Fiber Wrap just came in!

Carbon Fiber Wrap anyone???

Close up of weave pattern:

These are not vinyl ones, or 3M ones. They are the actual fabric.

I think the quality is pretty good, i just need to buy some 3M spray adhesive and a weekend...

If anyone knows any tricks or have done it before... I don't mind a few tips.

i have 2 yards of it, which is 72" by 55"

Backside of the wrap.

Center Console:

Also, it seems that this fabric is actually waterproof:

Even though its waterproof, the fact that it is fabric and not vinyl will make me NOT recommend this for exterior use.

Damn, I wouldn't mind doing my console in this. Would this be suitable for a roof overlay or would it get demolished in canadian weather?

since it is advertised as Carbon Fiber Fabric, i wouldn't think a layer of fabric would be suitable for the outdoors. Ill do a water test by the end of this week.
