To anyone planning on coming back here after the rockstar opening;

Bring some burgers, hotdogs, beer and chairs. I have seating for around 10 people, maybe a few more.

I have parking for more than enough cars just up the hill from me less than a 1 minute walk away. and parking in my driveway for about 5 cars (if nobody else is home)
