Did you buy through an infiniti dealer, pre-owned car dealer or private?
I'm trying to look for a decent 6mt G35 right now, but it's so hard to find!

Yea, I'm really skeptical about all the pre-owned dealers at this point... one place I checked out gave me carproofs for 2 cars... both of them were printed in early 2009, meaning that they've been there for over a year

I would prefer to deal with an infiniti dealer even if it means paying a bit extra... Willowdale has a couple, but I've had some bad experiences at that dealership and would prefer not to deal with them

i bought it from a toyota-lexus dealer, the guy gave them his car and got himself a lexus plain and simple. crappy dealers will try screw u, big ones would not try to sell u a lemon car since they know their reputation is on the line. mine had a a/c belt problem in the first week(nothing major) but they immediately took the car to nissan dealer and change the whole thing with no charge. and ever since nothing big(compression rods, which is like natural on our cars)

^^ Not GTA, but got mine at a Toyota dealer as well. They were very good to work with.

I bought my car from a guy that owns Malibu Motors, he deals with a ton of G35's and he buys out executive leases. My car had all of the service history with the car.

dont go to German stars(or motors) thats for sure, i dont know how many people were complaining about them. stay away from most of the car dealers with no brand name (majority i have seen are crap either they are selling cars which had accidents before and claim they are accident free)

+1 on buying it from the forum.

Malibu seemed a bit sketch to me

Not so sure about any of them being able to target "executive leases".

I checked out a bunch at "The Collection of fine junk" in Toronto.
Bad vibe, bunch of clowns, junk cars.
I bought local from a pre-owned dealership that has been around for 20 years.
He has a dark blue 06 X with wheat/wood interior right now.
Prime Auto in Waterloo.

LOL I made a suggestion, whatever you decide on in regards to a used vehicle, you are taking a risk because you don't know who drove the vehicle before.

David you got your car from the dealer, you drove it before and they probably marked it up a ton from what its really worth.

^ That is true, but i went at 8:30 at night, the dealership was almost closing, everyone wanted to go home. I hassled the price down a few thousand, making it a steal compared to even pre owned dealers. Pre owned dealers doesnt really let you move the price.
