I went to an infiniti dealershipwith the same issue on bubbling before the sunroof and they passed it off as stone chips and said it doesn't fall under the corrosion warranty.

My car has been sprayed twice a year with krown from new, this dealership originally sold the car I have and most of the maintenance had been done there.
Due to the rust spray only the driver door has a tiny bit of corrosion happening on the upper pillar. I will be taking it in shortly to see what they will do. Although the bodyshop they outsource their work to does less then quality work as experienced by another forum member I met on saturday.

My car is a 03 CB sedan

 

Well if they dont plan on doing anything about it Im just gonna trade in the vehicle. I refuse to sit back and watch our vehicle die to this bull**** cancer so early into its life.

My dad has been considering the new G37 while my mom wants a GS350..

Wasnt able to take the car in today. Had to use my lex. Imma try tomorrow but the service advisor at 401 Dixie Infi wants me to show his manager..

Went to 401 Infi Today and they said it was stone chips... The manager seemed nice but she seem set on the verdict.

I checked out another random 2004 G35 sedan at the GO station and it had atleast 6 bubbling rust spots on it..

Im sure stone chips would do that...

 

Damn.. I'm going to take it to Markham Infiniti on friday or monday, I'll see what they can do about it. Over the phone the service advisor said as long as it is rusting inside out it should be covered under warranty. So we'll see what they say, I'll keep you updated.
