New 3 season rubber - thinking of going a tad wider

Keeping the stock 17 rim size but 1/2" wider on the OZ Hydra rims I bought to round out the summer/winter set. Instead of 225/55R17, 245/50R17 to fill out the wheel wells a tad better. OD extremely close, 0.4% delta. Maybe ContiExtremeContact DWS, not sure.

Hydras should look very nice on your car, Anthony. When do we get to see pics?

Having gone from 215 all around to 245F/255R, I really like the look of the wider wheels/tires.

Y'all've already seen (and oinked at) this picture with the Hyrdras and stock rubber. Have at it again.

That reminds me - time for the annual wax job. For that matter a wash - last wash was months ago.

**in light of my current quote below, not really true...

Right, I remember this photo. Guess I just didn't notice the wheels last time.

LOL

I was going to post a similar comment about that picture when I saw it last night but my internet creep-o-meter kicked in and told me not to. I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one thinking it.

On a side side note -- you should buy all InTgr8r's spare parts, especially his interior and exhaust.

True, but I don't want to spend any more $$ than required. If $ was no object, I'd have some 19s with proper width tires.

Exhaust maybe?? As long as it isn't too loud. What's he got?
