^^ It's not so much a question of want...haha! Tempted, though, to just go to your place and try them on. I doubt the offsets would work for sedans anyway (though I forget what they are). 'Sides, I love my Rays.

^ i think they would be hella flush on a sedan cause they were in a bit on my car. the offsets were +22 front and +24 rear.

Imo, i would suggest against the z-tube as the bellows that attaches it to the maf and throttle body are the flow restrictions and they remain. You may get a small amount of induction sound with it though.

I would go with the Samco induuction hose. Flows as well as possible, resists heat transfer and the black looks clost to stock.

I saw those in the vendor area but was really diswayed by the increase in price. At my guess, ~50 bucks for the Z-Tube, is the Samco piece really...$80-90 worth of performance, where the likely increase is <5hp? Tough call I guess, considering the Z-tube is a 0hp gain . But at such low numbers, the difference is meaningless in terms of feel.

Z-Tube was mainly for sound. I don't mind the exhaust system as is but a bit louder would be nice. ART pipes would be the next upgrade for the intake/exhaust stream, then later an exhaust - likely Nismo or HKS from the clips I've seen

The moditis is growing again but I feel like I should have learned my lesson from the past. But damn, group buy on that strafe CF trunk lid was tempting haha.

I might know where you can find a Nismo exhaust.

As far as sound goes, the Z-tube or similar is probably best. I think the samco hose mght absorb some resonance and eat sound.

Imo, you should look at suspension before anything else. I just think cars seem a bit funny with obvious upgrades before a "proper" stance is sorted.

How do you think they would suit a 5-6psi supercharger application?

I bought a stillen z tube shortly after I aquired my car. Seemed to smooth out the powerband a touch and got way more underhood noise. I also have to agree with the whole stance thing. Then again. My definition of stanced is rediculous.

Have you come to a consensus on the winters Keith?

True true. After doing the spring/shock combo on a couple vehicles now, I'm only doing coilovers...which is $$$ In time!

But for now, sways will have to do.
