Have you come to a consensus on the winters Keith?
I love your stance, personally. My first mod was a z-tube too. I just took off my open element and there is a very noticeable difference in throttle response. Well worth it mod. I just hate the stock intakes hoses.

It's looking like the car will be in the garage for another winter. There may be a turbo awd winter beater in my future.

I'd take one of those catch cans as well. Where is a good mounting spot?

they might be over kill but for the price you couldn't find 440cc or 550cc anyway

As for the catch cans I still have to decide on what I am using and what I have left then I will make a thread.

I have never looked into 440s too small for anything I ever wanted to do but they are cheeep .

Edit I just checked the market place Denso 380cc for $250 and turbonetics 440cc for $300.....HKS 680cc a steal at $350 CAD no to mention I can ship Canada post cheaper than bringing them in from the US if someone wants them in the next few days I will sell them here if not I will post them up on some other forums.

Does it help to say I want them, but I don't know what the hell I'd use them for?

I should mention, I don't know if the HKS drop into factory rails or you need aftermarket rails I never intended them to run in my factory rails I always planned to run them with a return system. So it is something to look into...I think they fit stock rails though. If anyone was serious about getting them I have a stock rail somewhere I could try them in.
