I used to go to Krown Rust Control. There's one on Catherine St. and another on Bank around Hunt Club. They treated me well and I went to them pretty regularly until the G I bought came with the Syntech "lifetime rust warranty" that the last owner put on it.

^^I would still get the Krown or Rust Check done on your car, over any of those lifetime rust controls (especially if it's one of those electronic rust control boxes.)

If it is being stored winters it should be fine.
It really depends on how long you are keeping the car too.

I take my G to krown as well. the only downside of that is it will leak forever!
wash your car and next day there will be oil everywhere
but i think it is something you have to deal with if you want rust protection.

^^^^Most of the different brands of Rustproofers do. That's the only way to give good coverage.

I had it done at one of those on my nissan. Pretty sure it was Krown. Think I am going to do it on my G35 coupe this year. Previous owner said it was never driven in winter, therefore never rust proofed.

If i decide to not use it for the winter is it worth getting the rust proof at all?

Do you drive it in the rain? Overall, it depends on how long you want to keep it. IMO, $125 a relativelly cheap way to help the car keep the rust out of the nooks, crannies and undercarriage. Probably help sell in the end also.
