Canadian Base Trim G's = No Bluetooth?!

Hi All,

I test drove a base trim G and it didn't have any Bluetooth. Does anyone know if this was standard equipment on a 2007 G35 or if it was optional in Canada?

Does anyone have a base trim G they purchased from the dealer?

J

In 2007, only standard on Base G35 Coupe - optional on Base Sedan (RWD/AWD) as content of the Touring or Premium Package (standard on RWD Sport Sedan models).

Geez, ok thanks Ad Inf. Any chance Bluetooth is available via an add-on of some sort. Like the way XM/Sirius radio can be installed via factory equipment install in the trunk?

Now that I can't answer with any certainty - I'm 99% sure that there is no factory/dealer-installed option for a Bluetooth adaptor, so you'd likely have to go aftermarket.

I did a quick search and found this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2007-...-/360320156802

You'll have to dig deeper, or hope someone on here has retrofitted a similar system and can point you in the right direction - good luck!

Ok fair enough. I'll dig around for a ghetto solution.

... and just because I love it:
