My daughter is attending Western and she woke up and thought someone had stolen her car because she couldn't see it buried under all of the snow. She was holed up in her appt for the day because classes were cancelled.

Lots of fun in London. NOT!

Wayne, I hope things are going well in London. It looks like the timing could have been better with the snow. It's a good thing you have the FX.

Yesterday, in my complex, we played "where's the road?", followed by "winch the plow truck out of the snowbank (x3)", topped off with "spinning rear tires = faceful of snow for the guys pushing" (oops - my bad!)...

Good times...

It's -37 where I am right now (Fort McMurray) but I think I'd take the cold over that!

Damn, that's chilly!!! We only have about 1-2cms of snow on the ground here and temps haven't been bad whatsoever. Heck, we are supposed to +13C here on Monday.

that would be nice, although I like it to stay around freezing here other wise all of the locations I go to turn muddy. What are typical seasonal temps for you guys?

Seasonal temps really vary here, but typically they are not too bad being along the coast. We typically have a cold snap in January or February (or both), however it's rare that we have frigid temps in December. We had a really mild winter here last year with not much snow at all. Other years though, we get dumped on, so it's basically a crap shoot every year what we get. There are a number of times throughout the winter that we get rain here along the coast, while 20 minutes north get snow.
