At least I get to use my new winters on my GMC. I am glad I brought it, it has lots of ground clearance. I had to pick up groceries yesterday, in the big parking lots I just drive over the islands etc to get to where I was going, you can't tell where the road is.
It is a lot easier and much safer to drive than walk. Sidewalks are non-existent you have to walk on the roads with cars running All Seasons. You would think they would plow the sidewalks on streets surrounding their major Hospitals, not
Like I said in another post, thank God I don't live here, they do not know how to handle the white stuff, or what some locals here have told me "they don't want to spend the money to be prepared for heavy snowfalls".

It really is not that big of a deal in London except for sidewalks and parking lots. I just cleaned off the truck, have to run some errands then go to visit my Honey at the Hospital.
I saw the news earlier and that is such a joke with the London Mayor on TV, they blew it totally out of proportion to cover up their towns deficiencies in winter road maintenance..
Excuse me for being a bit crusty, that is what happens to a person when they live in a London Hotel for 1 1/2 weeks and spend the majority of the time in the Hospital and the Hotel.
