6MT+VDC+deep snow=stall
My trucks vdc is actually good in rwd; just barely applies the brakes to match axle speeds. In the single time I had the G in the snow it was completely useless. Strange that Nissan has so many programs for their vdc in different vehicles. Like someone above mentioned, there should be a multiple stage system.
ive noticed when these cars' rear ends snap they really go due to the longer wheel base. ive driven a friends 350 and compared to the G its much more controllable under a slide.
I turn VDC off whenever I'm in the residential area where the roads are still snowy. I never had the rear kick out unless I purposely did it. When it does kick out, it's super easy to control lol, I'll go down my street sideways and then let off the gas and it's back on track.
The only time I had problems was when there was 2cm of snow on the streets and the roads were greasy haha. I was at a traffic light going uphill and I couldn't get any traction.
