Hey , was wondering if we could update the gta dealer ship ranking ! based on the previous Markham infiniti post was wondering if the other dealerships are doing much better??? Which one would you trust with your G especially for warranty work

 

I heard Oakville Inifiniti is good for warranty work.

 

Guelph Infiniti has always worked great for me. They have done warranty work on my last 2 Gs and my FX.
Just last week I stopped in there with my FX and they asked if I had an extra 1/2 hour. I said sure what's up? They replaced both the fog light bulbs with longer lasting bulbs. Apparently the bulbs were burning out prematurelyon on some FXs, EXs, and QXs and since these are also our DRL they are more important.
Recommend Guelph Infiniti.

I find it if you didn't purchase ur vehicle from a dealer you get crappy service.

Yes I did, but I do know people that purchased their G's elsewhere and they got warranty work done with no problem at Guelph.

 

I'm one of them. I've had no problems when I used them for work before my G went out of warranty.

 

I bought my G from Guelph infiniti and they have been fantastic with me. They also gave me all my parts at a discounted price because I've dealt with them so much.

Best dealership I've dealt with. Makes Greg Vann look real bad.

I have no idea about their customer service history (nor do i really care) but if these places are so bad then why are they still doing business? I mean if everyone has these many complaints then wouldn't we assume that Nissan/Infiniti would do something to correct it.

The dealerships are privately owned, so Infiniti Canada pretty much said they can't do anything about it.

 

honestly, I dont trust any of the dealerships in the GTA. Vic Simone is the only one I trust to work on my car

if i could give Markham infiniti a "Z-" i would...that place is horrible

Willowdale infiniti just got a new building and i think some new staff..they are very nice..last time i went it was a very pleasant experience...A+ (for now)..they are also the oldest one in Toronto (according to them)
