Hey guys! I wonder if anyone can recommend a place in Toronto that sells body parts, such as a lip, for a 2004 G35 two-door coupe. There's a zillion body shops in this city, and I haven't the faintest idea where to start! Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you!

 

only place that sells that I know of is Extreme Parts at weston rd and steeles near York University. But they only have the Ings lip in ABS plastic for $150 when you can get the same cheap quality lip on ebay for $80. You're better off getting a lip from one of the vendors on this sight like Arch, Icon or Strafe. I was personally considering getting the lip from Extreme Parts but now im prob going to get the OEM style poly or fiberglass lip from one this site's vendors for my 04 coupe. You can also significantly save on shipping and duties if you have the vendor ship to Niagara falls new york and you go pick it up. Icon is selling the OEM lip in fiberglass for $250 shipping included to Niagara. Im going over the boarder with my gf soon and I plan on picking up some other stuff during my reading week

 

also check the kijiji as well. sometimes you can be lucky with quality parts for cheap

Ya they are black because more often than not, its made of ABS plastic and you have to get it primered and painted. If you want a authentic lip colour matched you would probably have to order one from the states. There are a few good vendors on here that offer a good quality lip and can paint it for you, and the shipping is not bad either.

If by accessories you mean exterior body parts like side skirts, lip or bumper then any part you buy from vendors will generally come unpainted unless you pay them extra to paint it. For example you can get this Gialla polyurethane lip from Arch drop shipped to Buffalo NY for $165 unpainted or prob $250-300 painted (u have to message him for exact pricing)

But I dont know how wise it is to get parts painted before you test fit them on your car. Body parts aren't guaranteed to fit 100% correctly so if you buy a painted bumper that needs some adjustment by the body shop then you might have to pay to repaint it after they've messed around with it to get it to fit right. But I dunno if you'll get into this trouble if you're only looking to get a lip from one of the vendors on this site, especially if the fit is as good as their pics....others can chime in here

If you're looking to buy use parts from the private classified then some colors like Laser Red and Ivory White are going to be harder to find since most ppl seem to own Diamond Graphite, Silver, or Obsidian Black Gs...so you're gonna have trouble on the private classifieds if you're looking for red

You can also get some smaller already painted parts directly from Infiniti by calling Rick at Riverside Infiniti, like these front mud guards

But even then you'll notice the prices are generally still way too high (even tho Riverside is generally the best priced dealership and they save you loads on duty fees) and they don't sell parts painted in certain colours
