Buffalo drop box

Morning Drivers,

My daughter is in Florida for a March Break. I'm wondering if I can order stuff and have it shipped to Buffalo, (finally got a Box at the place Ian suggested) in her name and in care of me (so I can pick it up). Then I'm thinking she could declare what I've bought when she passes through customs and say it's being shipped, thereby avoiding taxes and duties. Or, am I being a duffuss and making life way complicated?

Sounds too complicated to me Sam. Might be a hassle for your daughter also. They sometimes make it difficult for the young March-breakers when crossing the border.
I just think it might be less hassle just picking it up and declaring it yourself, rather than get your daughter involved.
I do it the easy way, I order it, and have it delivered. I have springs and a strut brace that just cleared customs, which should arrive at my place in the next few days. I live too far away from the border to make it worth my while.

It would only work if she brought it across Sam under her personal exemption.

FYI, I have yet to pay duty on any parts I bring across.
They only charge me HST.

^ Me too.
Called Customs and realize it's a real hassle to save a few bucks (including what I'd spend at the Casino) so much for that thought.
Thanks for the input guys.

Sounds better Sam.

I just got one of my parcels today. It came very fast from the US. It's much easier for me instead of driving to the border. It was via USPS. It came from GTSPEC and I got it through a great Group buy from B2 Auto Designs in Florida and dealt with Charles. Figured I might as well throw a plug in for them since they are a Sponsor on g35driver and great to deal with.
My Eibachs should arrive later today or tomorrow via UPS.

Looks good Wayne.
If I can get something sent USPS, I always have it send to me, instead of drop shipping.
It's much cheaper than UPS.

Very nice. Looking forward to pics when installed and especially with Eibachs on.

Looks like the couch in our family room!

Thanks Deane, I can hardly wait to get them on also
I want to put the springs on first, so I can drive it for a while to see if there is much difference in ride and handling, then I'll put the strut brace on to see if it does much. I also have the M45 Sport shift **** to put on. Just going to wait until it warms up a bit. My outdoor work area can be chilly and wet at times.
That couch is a nice comfy leather unit with ash trim, it's made by Decor-Rest. It's easy to fall asleep in.
