i noticed the other Richmond Hill CT on major mack also has them marked for 19.99 right now but I dont know which other stores have them marked down like that. The price tag on the shelf itself is red, which means its an in store discount (prob because they have too many in the back room and wanna get rid of them)

I got the coupon itself from the front page of the canadian tire website a few days ago. They have a whole bunch of other auto stuff coupons, but this is the only useful product
