Just heard that Downtown Infiniti is closing at the end of April. Does anyone know anything more?

They're relocating. From what I know their new location will be the Volvo dealer at Dundas/River. Dunno where Volvo will end up though.

 

they moved from yorkville to eastern avenue supposedly for good, now they are moving again? wow, think about the moving costs and additional marketing they have to go.

to be honest their new place at eastern was too secluded, (eventhough next to them is downtown porsche) maybe they realize the new place is more marketable to the general public(

p.s i just checked google map, its like couple of blocks away from the current location, same *** maybe rent was too high lol, worst location to be for a dealer, crack addict district.

Them moving up to the Volvo dealer is a good move. They can directly compete with the Merc dealer across the street. And just like Merc, BMW, and Audi people will be able to see the Infiniti dealer from the DVP.

 

Got the official notification from Infiniti Canada today. Downtown Infiniti ceased operations as of April 29. "Infiniti Downtown" opened as of yesterday. Completely new ownership. Temporary location at King St E and Sumach.

 

Confirmed, just drove by, it's now Volvo.....

 

It's too bad that the new dealer didn't take over the building. It was a nice facility and really convenient to downtown.

 

Where are you guys going for service in the meantime? I don't really want to go all the way out to Markham or Willowdale. Can we take our Gs to Nissan dealers?
