Serious drop in insurance premium?

I just received my car insurance renewal. Premium dropped from $142 to $111per month.
Since there's a new legislation cutting down on insurance payouts and medical care I am wondering if reduction is down due to that OR my 10th anniversary of perfect driving.

Anyone else had a drop in premiums? (Ontario)

Driving record could have something to do with it. Mine just went down again, but that could be due to the age of the car. It ain't my driving record because I have a speeding ticket and an accident (not in the G) in the past year, LOL!

something must have kicked in for you for rates to drop.

It's not always easy to rationalize what the insurance industry does.
e.g. my M Coupe was cheaper then my G

I'm 20 and only pay 1300 a year for full coverage on my G35.

yeah actually it's in the Tennessee. I am primary driver as my dad is primary driver on a lexus ls460. I just get discounts for having my car in my parent's name. (btw my driving record is leaps and bounds better than my dad's for the passed 5 years. he's had 8 tickets in the past 3 alone. I have only had 1 since I got my license) the biggest discount I get is multicar though. There are a total of 11 cars on the plan so my little g35 ends up being pretty cheap. my wife's camry is only 300 a year though if that gives you an idea of how much of a discount we get for leaving our cars in their names.

lol. I'll keep that in mind when I head up there again. Toronto was pretty nice last time I was up there. I enjoy the more friendly people than down here in tennessee. There is a lot I like about canada though. Victoria is expensive as hell though... might be moving to where I could take a ferry and be in victoria anytime, but it's just expensive.

No the annual rate is cheaper irrespective of the off road storage, it's the same thing for me.
