Expose this douche. I'd defintely never reccomend someone like that and it should be known who it is so people aviod another possible situation like yours. Bad customer service and failing to take care of what they damaged is unforgiveable.

I'm going to tell everyone who it is in the end regardless, they just sort of share a name with another Toronto shop so I don't want it getting mixed up and the guys in Toronto getting and flak for it.

Oh **** no, I respect Tom more than anyone else I deal with in cars.

Pro steer and brake is mint and honest, I don't put the burden of stretching my tires on my trusted mechanic haha.
