You are much better off getting his plates. If he would have pulled over, his jackazz driving would have never been an issue... insurance pays and it's over with.. NOW... he is probably facing a felony and getting your car fixed.

Quote: Exactly my thoughts. I actually prefer him taking off. Along with a witness calling in too, i'm pretty sure taking off is an admission of guilt. Assuming he wasnt an illegal alien or had a warrant, he could easily take a chance with "we changed lanes at the same time" or some junk like that. Retard...

i am sorry to hear what happened, at least nothing happened to you physically. im sure with the plate you can find the a-hole who did that.

actually its good that he took off, with that rant you could have done something unrepairable.

Let us know the updates!

Lol, I couldn't stop thinking about running him off the road and sending him into a firey, rolling test of 1 star sunfire safety ratings. Just too much traffic around and you usually look like the aggressor running a new Canadian off the road.

No deductible for me regardless of theft or not.

So my insurance company Valued the car at $14,700. WAY higher then i thought it would. About $5000 more then I thought... So at an estimated $6700-$8200 in damage (again, way more then i would have guessed), no write off. I offered to take a $12,000 buy out to total loss it. Appraiser thinks they'll go with that, I'm crossing fingers...

I hope you get what you want. I also fail to see how the damage could be in that price range.
Any word/update on the perp?
