We leave for the Mayan Riviera in nine days. We will be enjoying that warm sunshine and Carribean waters for 5 weeks.

Hey Gee.Where are you staying? This is our 7th visit to the Gran bahia principe Coba...Mrs wizards been down today..We both ate the same things yesterday but today shes not well, but feeling a little better this afternoon...we have a bbq to attend @ 6:00 so shes gonna give it a try and take it easy on what she eats...we have never been ill before but who knows right?...

 

We are staying at Akumal Beach Resort http://www.akumalbeachresort.com/en/ It's about a 10 minute Collectivo ride from Gran Bahia.
We stayed at Gran Bahia Principe Coba our first 2 years, then the next year at Gran Bahia Principe Akumal, than the last 4 years we have stayed at Akumal Beach Resort which we like much better because it is smaller but has the best snorkeling and beach right out of your room..We stay there for over a month now and never get tired of the place.

That is too bad about Mrs Wizard, she did'n't drink the water at GBP did she ? I know that will get you, drink only the bottled water at that resort. InTgr8rs wife and I made the mistake of drinking it there a few years ago and we both got the you-now for a day. Hope she has a speedy recovery.
How long are you there? We arrive on the 26th, would love to meet you and show you some unbelievable snorkeling and share a few cervasas.
