I'm very saddened to say that I've lost my Desi this morning after a short illness with an enlarged heart and congested lungs. He died in my arms at 7:20 this morning EST at home.
He's now with my Dad and Prince having much fun in heaven.
God, it wasn't but a year and a half ago that I lost Prince. Many of you met him at our meets.

Those of you who know me, realize how close I am with my 'guys' and I'm kind of numb right now after this event. He was only 5 yrs 4 days. Yes his birthday was New Year's Eve.

He gave us a year and a half of happiness and love as we did him. He was so cuddly and kind and very special to me.

He'll be sadly missed. Sid, our other Cocker, is a big comfort for us right now, but he too is a little lost without his big brother.

This has really been a bad holiday time with the tsunami disaster and stuff.

Sorry to hear that Colin. Last spring, I lost my dog after 17 years.....so I know how you are feeling. Losing a pet is ALOT harder than some people might think!

 

Sorry to hear about the bad news. Try to keep positive and in high spirits.
