So I parked somewhere, and when I came back there was a ****ing dent on the drivers side front panel (the part thats after the door beside/under the hood).

However, it didnt happen at that location because well its just not possible i dont want to get into it.

anyways, so there a nice dent in that part of the car. i am looking for the cheapest fix. but of course i want top quality at the same time. any shops in toronto that you guys would recommend?

heres two pics, you cant really see it that well, but in person its very noticeable:

The paint seems to be okay so they wouldn't have to paint anything.
I am also wondering how much it would cost to repair? anyone know roughly?

Try Dent Doctor they are a paintless dent remover shop in Thornhill that do very good work. you should go and then they can evaluate the damage to give you a proper estimate.

I just had mine done at Touch up in a Flash, Milton.

See this thread. https://g35driver.com/forums/canada/406143-pdr.html. Post #3 has before/after pics.

BTW, based on what I was told, when the damage gets close to the edge of a door like that it becomes very difficult to PDR it. Mine was similar but at the rear door and they restored it to a very acceptable condition IMO. Good luck

I was quoted around $1400 by dent doctor.

Not sure if that price is good or overpriced...I've never had to do this before.

I always feel I'm overcharged just because its a G35 with mods....

I have a shop in Oakville that is just about to open for small damage repairs.

The techs are the best hail damage repair team in Canada and run a small damage repair shop in Ottawa already.

If you're willing to bring the car this car they can do it. They also do minor paint work too but the prep booths are not yet installed.

That dent looks like it will definitely be a 'push to paint' situation but you can minimize it with a proper dent tech.

Yes the $1400 quote includes fixing the dent and he also stated it will have to be repainted...
anyways, im calling my insurance tomorrow, i might get back to you about your dent place though depending on what they say

It's hard to tell from those pics but I don't think that's a re-spray dent. It looks like something a good pdr tech could make virtually invisible. I always use Thilan from Dents Xpress; 1380 Matheson East behind Sound Theory. Google for phone #. He's removed 20+ dents for me (mine and clients cars).

I think it depends. Generally speaking I would expect to pay ~$60 for the first dent and something like ~$20 for each dent after. If it's a tough dent I would guess it could be as much as $100...but it's still a heck of a lot less than a respray.

depends on if it's the same panel or not.

even still, that's pretty cheap.
