Not sure I understand Sam. Are suggesting having those SoCal G37 wheels shipped to Buffalo?
You would be putting a lot of faith in trusting that there is no curb rash.

I can take pics like that to conceal the one spot on my OEMs that has a rash. I'm not saying don't trust anyone but...I wouldn't buy wheels from someone I don't know if I couldn't look at them and put them on a Road Force

 

Yes, that's what I was halfheartedly suggesting. If they were the Rays I'm hankering for at the moment, I might seriously consider doing something. I bought my last set of 18" (advertised as mint) with tires from a member in SoCal. They still make me smile every time I look at em.
I would agree with you Paul. Bought an MGB from on internet once from Miami. Had an evaluation done by a company as a condition. Ended up not buying, but paid for evaluation.
I'd try and put safeguards in place.

Not a fan of the black with the DG coupe Paul. I'm going back and forth with two sets of Rays (19's) that are local. But both need to be refinished.
Part of me just says to not get new rims and stick with 4 of my 8 OEM 18's that are in great to good shape and save the $ for sways and an arc. I also seem to be headed for some work for a rather deep scratch that is lookin mean.
With a year and a half without the G I forgot how catchy the "Mod Fever" can be. Q for keeping an eye out for me Buddy.
