Kitchen & Bath Reno...

This Reno happened this year in February, it was time for a change (so the Wife says). It started out as just a bathroom reno and turned out to be most of the first floor LOL.

Tiles were starting to crack and kitchen was good from far but far from good. The tile is Travertine and was done by a friend of a friend who does tile for a living, I did the backsplash but I'm not comfortable doing floor tile yet. The kitchen was custom made but I assisted in the install. I also did all the plumbing and trim work.

Old kitchen & tile.

550 sq/ft of tile to be removed from main entrance, Kitchen, bathroom and Laundry room. this was the biggest PITA thank God for good friends and Family offering help.

New kitchen, I didn't go for the new counter tops yet because this one was replaced not long ago and I wanted to recoup some cash before upgrading.

I also had potlights installed in the kitchen.
