Early Spring Mini-Meet in Guelph

The weather was great, tho a little windy, and none of us go any salt on our rides.
Just a mini-meet today (Monday) to meet up with InTgr8r (Ian) and GEE35X (Wayne) to swap some parts, stories, and have lunch at Swiss Chick.(Thanks Wayne- )
Also met some nice people at Guelph Infiniti in their sales and service departments, and would go there for service myself.

Ian's Silverstone Sedan, and Wayne's Lakeshore Slate X-Sedan were a welcome site alongside my Platinum Ice M-Sedan.

Great to meet you Ian, and to see you again Wayne. Kudos to you both for your great rides. Hope to see you both again soon as well as many more G's, Z's, and M's at future meets.
I took a few pics as well as Wayne. Enjoy.

Colin , nice pics, I will post mine later, It was nice getting together with Colin again and meeting up with inTgr8r for the first time. inTgr8r has done a few neat mods with his silverstone sedan, and it is going to look awesome when he gets his new PIAA rims and tires on come the warmer weather. It was great meeting you Ian.
And of course with Colin's new M what can you say but SWEET . inTgr8r and I did offer to help Colin put on the miles on his new ride and assist with the break-in. Remember Colin the offer is always there .
I think Colin is still chuckling about me asking the one girl at the Infiniti dealers about bras , clear bras.
It was indeed a great day, still in the -C temperatures but I am looking forward to meeting up with many more of the members of the site come warmer weather.
Wayne

Colin & Wayne
Man, you guys are quick...

Great mini-meet on a nice sunny day.
It was really great to meet and talk cars again and
it's always nice to put a face to the names.

Colin, that new M is great. I can't wait to see it again when
you get the aero pkg on.
& I'll let you know how the mid-pipe works out.

Wayne, love the new Lakeshore Slate.
If it was available in '04 it would have been tough decision for me between the LS & SS.

Thanks guys, look forward to doing it again soon.

Hey Wes my man.......Yes, great rides bro, and that kit for my M will be awesome too. Should happen in the next week or so. Jerry at Y/Infiniti has ordered one in for me.

We all look forward to our meets starting up soon.

Great pics guys.....I would of loved to of been there myself to meet all of you!!

I noticed the Esso in the background. Your gas at 81.9 is quite a bit cheaper than here in NB. Right now, we are at 92.5.

Hey, what can I say. Nice pics. All those sweet rides and lots of $ sitting in that parking lot!

I'm sure your mini meet was a welcome primer to get the juices flowing for serious car weather to come.
We had about 15cm of sonw Sunday and another 6-7 cm last night. It won't stop so don't know when our spring will happen.

Canuck, our premium gas here is 97.9 Ouch. 3 cents less on Thursdays though.

It's in the colour or else they went to the Esso car wash next door before the pictures!
My wife has a very light tan Pontiac that never seems to be dirty. Black, well you know. My red car and burgundy jeep show a lot of dirt too.

Yeah we sure need a break with the weather.

Yes our cars don't stay clean long. It was a beautiful frosty, but sunny day, I just got my X serviced before our little meet at Guelph Infiniti (almost 2 hours from my house) and they clean it up for you after servicing which was only a couple blocks away. InTgr8r washed his ride before his run to Guelph and Colin, I don't think his ride ever looks dirty, it always gets rinsed before going in his garage and he has a bottle of Zaino detailer handy in his car.
It was also interesting to note that Colin just got his M and his first mod to the car was the addition of the Canadian g35driver decal, as shown in the previous pics.
A great day for us members of the OF Club (Over Fifty Club) and looking forward to bigger meets.
Wayne

They sure don't stay clean long.
My G is ready for another bath today.

Hey, Colin this pic is for you.
This what your front spoiler is going to look like.
Doesn't look like ground clearance will change much.

Whoa...stay the hell away from automatic car washes, even touchless ones if you have a black car. I'm actually a little upset at how the dealership treated the car right off the bat. Swirls galore...waiting for some consistent above freezing weather so I can hit it with the PC, speed glaze, and S100.
