Just got the word, their container just arrived.
Should be mounting them (get your mind out of the gutter) next week.

Why don't I just claim the dirttiest car award right now. I have been driving the car quite a bit (considering I only drive it at night after work and on weekend, and I have had the car for 10 days) Can't wait till the weather gets better when I can bring out the powerwasher.

BTW, being the cheapie that I am, I bought one of those cordless orbital polisher from Canadian Tire ($49.99) while they are on sale, anyone has any comments on them?

I have one. It's useless compared to the Porter Cable I just picked up. I just did my hood and a fender yesterday with the PC just to try it out. It rocks.

Balzz, how useless are we talking about? Not enough juice from the two batteries to finish a car? Not enough rpm? Obviously your new one is better since it's also 4 times the costs. Com'on, tell me how useless so I can decide whether I should return mine. Or you can give me yours at the meet LOL...

It starts to slow down when you put pressure on it, and I never really managed to clear up the swirls completely on my old car with it. I got rid of the swirls on the G pretty easily though. Couple of slow passes at 4000rpm, then one final superslow pass at 5000+rpm and voila!

You can have Gsedanman's PC!

One thing though - people aren't kidding when they talk about spatter...at high rpm, it's almost an aerosol coming off the pads. And it hurts when it gets in your eyes.

I wonder if one of those polishers would make a zaino treatment quicker and easier. Anyone ever try it?

PimpCoupe, I'm about to find out. I sure hope it makes the job easier. I should have another couple coats on by our meet, so I'll know more by then.

Balzz, I guess keeping the speed down would help that issue. Probably no need for high speed when applying product, and my eyes aren't what they used to be, so I wear glasses for any close work now.

I'll make it easier I'LL BRING THE ZAINO!!!!!!!! I sure I can work out something special in pricing for you guys. Cannot stay too long though. If someone wants to do something in regards to a little contest I might be able to scare up a few goodies here and there. Just to get everyone participating and not just idly walking around lost and confused
As for my Type R, hopefully I can bring it out to play that day. Too bad my ECU won't be programmed by then, with my aggressive cams its making my idle all funky....vrooommmm VROOOMMMMM vroooommm.......up and down.

But till then, lets hope the weather stays GOOD! But if not I still have snows for sale!

Hi Jerry
Glad you will make it. If Colin's M aero-kit comes in perhaps we can have a group install at Square One. How about it, eh Colin? Or would you rather leave the install to Jerry and his boys at the shop.
Heres hoping for good weather.
Wayne

Cooooool Jerry, glad to have you along again, and with your GT-R. I can't wait to get some pics of that baby.
Bring all the Zaino you can, especially Z-6. That gets used a lot more than the others. I could use a couple bottles myself.

If it's a nice sunny day, we'll have to have a 'Show and Shine' contest : one for Sedan and one for Coupe.

Everyone pray for decent weather.

Colin
