Exclamation New Battery ?

Have you noticed the new battery has been installed w/o notifying you?

The other day I was cleaning the engine which there were a lot of dust and dirts from winter. i decided to remove the battery cover and I noticed the battery clamp was loose and I looked at the battery... the battery is new and it has NISSAN sticker on top of the battery stating "$10 off for Nissan Battery". I was like... WTF? I never noticed that this battery is new and I asked ONEmike to meet up at parking lot so i can see what kind of battery he has. It is totally different battery type. Mine is smaller! Plus I saw a plastic screw inside the battery compartment.

Has anyone noticed the battery has been changed w/o notifying you? The only dealer I get maintainence was at Dixie Infiniti.

Looks like you got a 'bonus' and they forgot to mention it to you.
Good thing you checked the clamps, tho, and found the loose one. or you would have had more battery problems

Changing the battery is not a problem, its a good thing the new battery is actually better in construction than the original _ HOWEVER they should have at leasttold you so.
