My "new N" ain't no G, but it got me to Halifax and beyond at a healthy clip following Deane Sunday eve, and then back again alone last Friday morning.
Deane and I almost beat the dark last Sunday on our way to the coast.
I must say, tho, getting back into the M and even the Solara was a treat back in Cambridge....

Deane, can you shed any light on our dilemma?
Just in case you missed it, here's a reminder......

BTW, Ian, you shamed me into going back over some of my pics to add a least a little explanation of them. It does help with understanding them somewhat, and besides, today I feel better and had more time to edit.

I'm not sure what you were going to add but thanks for not doing it!

Thanks, it's a labour of love. I'm paying for it the past two days though. My legs feel pretty close to someone beating a baseball bat all over them just short of breaking bones. Can't do stairs. Thank god it will be gone in another 3-4 days.
I think your idea on the meet is a real good one.

K and I made it back
.
Got home tonight after 12 days away.
Put 5,275 km on the G and it was a real treat. Loved meeting up with everyone, loved the countryside, loved the drive.
I downloaded my pics already and haven't even unpacked yet.
Here is a sampler of a few pics. I will post alot more in the next couple of days.
Pic 1- Our G at Confederation Bridge, NB after we left the meet in Shediac.
Pic 2- At Cape d'Or Lighthouse, NS. We drove over 5km down a washed out dirt road to reach this gem of a spot. We had a nice lunch at the lighthouse.
Pic 3- A few fishing boats in Digby Harbour, NS
Pic 4- Peggy's Cove. We found out why this place is one of the most photographed spots in Nova Scotia. Absolutely beautiful.

I'll bet your bed will feel great tonight. That's a lot of kms on the car!
Great shots Wayne. We'll look forward to seeing more. Colin and Ian posted some real winners too.
