you know what's worse..

most mechanics in other dealerships that i know
do that without ur permission (since it is supposed to
be a test drive ..)

but well..this time, i did give him the permission

A friend of mine went to Yorkville for an oil change recently. When he got his car back, he couldn't locate his set of wheel nuts and lock that were in his trunk. After complaining to the dealership, they replaced his wheel locks and key but without the OE wheel nuts.

 

^ that's why you should just go to Mr. Lube for regular oil changes or do it yourself
