The Pilot A/Ss are the best A/S tire I've ever tried in real snow. I'm a firm believer in Winter Rubber, but for the first and last snow falls that sometimes hit when you have your non-winter dedicated set on, these are very good.

Last year, after changing back, we had a 4" snowfall on the roads in the spring. I decided to try the Pilots out, and I was really surprised at how well they did!

They don't work very well backing up however.
