Ouch!!!, you folks out there have sure get your share of major snowfalls.

Shane....I bet you are looking forward to your trip to P more than ever after all this snow .

Wow we must get a lot if you're saying it Wayne.

I thought you guys were the ones really getting dumping on. We've got maybe 8-10 inches total on the ground right now and some of that will go later this week when we get rain and warmer temps.

No Deane, I think You folks out east definitely get a lot more snow dumped in your neck of the woods during each snowfall, especially the last few years. In my area we just get a lot of whiteouts and drifting from the strong winds which causes many road closures (they call this area where I live "the land of the horizontal snow" ). The kids going to school here would probably miss 1 to 2 weeks of school per year because the buses can't make it through. It's not all that bad.

All over the news here is the snow up throught the eastern states..
Some areas in New England got close to 30"

We certainly get our share when it does snow. We get that wind and drifting here too. That's what makes most of it so bad.

Let's both hope we get it over with soon anyhow.
