Coupe is stalling a bit...anyone else?

Anyone else find that after driving for a while...if you turn off your car, pop into a store and turn on your car again...the car has difficulty starting?

I've been to the dealership a few times to correct this but nothing...
2003 coupe with about 65000K

With that kind of mileage, you're due for a throttle body and injector cleaning.
I'll bet that fixes your problem.

If I didn't know any better, I'd think that your injectors are bad, and are leaking fuel into the combustion chamber when you shut it down, such that your engine is flooded when you try to restart.

A leakdown test should determine if that is the case or not.

It's an air metering device in our intakes that needs service occasionally due to dirt buildup.
If you've ever taken your inlet tube off to put on a Z-tube, you can see it quite plainly at the rear of the upper plenum. It gradually turns black with dirt.
G/L with repairs
