They seem to be a little more picky about repairing chips these days..
If there is any star effect or stress lines, they typically won't repair.
If it's just a piece that is chipped out then yes...
As far as recommendations.... I doubt if there is much difference between them

With repairs, you can usually still see the chip but it isn't as obvious.

I have had my rear window replaced in my Sienna, windows tinted in my previous Altima and now the G and would highly recommend them.
I also had a stone chip recently, had it at the dealership. I think it cost about $65.
