Need help from you world travellers

........who have visited Pearson GTAA airport lately....

I've got the website and explored that HERE, but am having difficulty finding any info on the site plan for the outside parking areas if there are any.
I'm trying to 'cheap out' my visit to see our fellow member Canuck and his wife on their 4hour layover at T-Dot btw N.B. & Europe. (next Sunday)

Parking for that length of time is expensive inside the terminals, so I thought outside parking would be the way to go and to hike it in to the terminal. - I need the exercise anyway...

Trouble is I can't find any map or any other info on parking outside there and not even anything of any use at MapQuest.

Shane knows I'd love to hook up with him and his wife at that time, but if it's not feasible, we'll have to forego the visit in favour of our meet in May... \

If anyone has any up-to-date info on the situation there with regard construction, parking, and general navigation of our prized airport, please post. It's been so long since I've been there, I wouldn't know where to start.(other than following signs )

LOL, I guess I could always park at Malton and thumb it in to T-3.

TNX peeps
Colin.

In Halifax the cheap route is Park N Fly (using website coupons)with the shuttle but I have no idea if TO has one or if its open with all the Terminal non stop construction.

Was this trip on your to do list Colin? I hope so.
I like to park ( usually with the van cuz the lots a little rough ) at the Park n Save. I think that's what it's called. I get off at the Dixon/Martingrove exit. Head towards the airport. Just across from the Constellation and before the Skyline hotel on the left you make a left down some street. Then on your right you'll find it. Their shuttles are older but the service is good, pick up as well when you arrive and they are cheap.
Here are some coupon sites.

Have a great trip buddy.

LOL, no, Sam, this was a little extra 'pleasant diversion' from the ho-hum 'list'....
The idea was a good one to just pop into the Airport (it's only 45 mins. away right) to see some friends for an hour or 2, but, alas, it seems much more involved than we thought..

Thanks for the links, btw... It seems that you can get some kind of discount on most things these days if you look around far enough.

Coffee soon-- this coming weekend works for me.........

Colin, I use P&F all the time, lot #3 economy is the least expensive.
I'm not sure if the $7.95 day rate is less than the hourly rate at the terminal though.
The other advantage is, you avoid the airport maze with P&F.

Hey guys...

Just thought I would mention I use Park & Fly all the time... I drop the car off at the valet building, they park the car and I grab a shuttle to my terminal... It's by far the best, hassle free way to park the car.

I have used them about 10 times in the last year, I always right down my mileage just to make sure some lot boy didn't go for a joy ride. Every time, it was exactly how I left it... I also sweet talk them into parking somewhere secure and far enough away from door dings...

P&F is the only way to go for me... A little on the expensive side but worth every penny for piece of mind...

C.

I'm heading into TO on Sat. How about a coffee at the Tims near the 401 on Hommer Watson. 9ish in the morning would work for me. What's your timeline?
If we both show up, can we call it the first meet of the spring? We'll have outnumbered the infamous KK meet in Missassauga.
I'll even have my coffee Blackie to to remember ( can't spell commemorate, commemerate ) those who tried on the 26th to find the G spot. but were unsatisfied by the result .

The Infamous KK meet.......To beat that is one high ideal.....but I think we can do it.
Might be tough, but I reckon we can double their numbers if we really try.

Sounds good Sam.........no wait, let's go for wings......,
..no wait, it's too far , I want something closer.....
....no wait, I'll go as long as I'm back in time for 'toons at 10.
......no wait........................

LOL, no D'nuts for me......Make mine 2 cranberry muffins washed down with an XL triple, triple.......breakfast of champs at 'real' meets.

Boy am I going to get it in the ear next time I show up in T-Dot.

I just want to confirm that you had no bad experiences leaving it with those "wow it's a G35", tire burning, lead footed, teenagers? I had a friend who was a car jockey at the palace pier and man, the stories he told me.

I have to go on business and wondering if the self - serve lots are safe to leave my precious there for 4 to 5 days.

Thanks,
