For private sale, Bring the car into dealership for a check??

Might consider a private sale, bringing it into a dealership for a full checkup good or where else?

Not sure what you are asking. If you mean you are considering the purchase from a private seller. Then yes it's a good idea to get it checked by your own mechanic. If you don't have one then it might be a good idea to have it checked at an Infiniti Dealership and also check that the warranty is still good while you are there with the VIN number.

sorry for the messed up sentence structure, was kinda late...

Yes, basically considering a private sale but I don't have a mechanic, is there a option where you can do a "checkup" sorta thing at a Infiniti dealership? and how much?

I think you would have to call your local Infiniti dealer and get a price for doing a car inspection for you. I actually did that with a Nissan dealer when my daughter was purchasing a used Nissan. They checked it all over and also checked for warrantee issues while I was there. The charge was not much but it was worth it since my daughter was driving across Canada in this car, and I would not be close-by to help out if she had problems.

thanks for the info, it's good to know they do have something like this...

i will double check w/ infiniti
