I could use some mf cloths and rim cleaner. I agree with Colin "If Chris comes to our meet, I'm sure that once I see what he has, and what you recommend, I'll be tempted with other products too."
Kin hardly wait .

I know it's early days yet, but the news on the weather front is improving:
Now North York's forecast is even better for Sunday -- Partly cloudy and 10% POP, and Saturday-- scattered showers, and 40% POP.

....So it's looking hopeful guys and gals. Let's see what develops and keep your fingers crossed.

Colin.

Wayne, I'm not sure what everyone wants, but I'll go out on a limb and suggest early afternoon (say 1pm) to run until sometime later in the afternoon??????
That should give everyone time to travel and there just might be time for a bite to eat closeby b4 'show time'.

It will depend on when Picus is available and what his sched. is..

Kevin....What did you have in mind?

Colin.

Hey guys - here is what I had in mind. Since you guys (Wayne, Colin, and Sam) have 3+ hour drives to get here, I was thinking perhaps I (and other local folks) could arrive a little early, say between 10-11am, and I could detail God|ZIlla168's car and whoever was there could watch/wash their cars/join in/have a drink etc.... Then when you guys arrive I can do Sam's car. That way it kind of opens the day up a bit, people can come and go as they please, everyone gets to watch a detail from the ground up, you guys can have lunch (and perhaps some of the earlybirds can get some food in between too)...

If that works for everyone let me know. I am totally open both days on purpose, and since I'm only 30 min from the site I'm really flexible.

Oh ya - both my contact phone #'s are on my site, the 647 # is my cell and anyone can reach me there anytime.

Picus, whatever works good for you, you are doing us a great favor by setting up this meeting. Say the times that is good for you and we will be there. Sounds like a fun day.

Kevin, I like your idea of opening up the day. I'll need to be there for the whole event. If you want to start earlier I'll shoot down first thing in the morning. Colin, Wayne maybe we convoy home together, eh?
Have you by chance seen the site?

I haven't seen the site. I planned to last week but Toronto traffic taught me a lesson. :/

I'm waiting to hear back from God|ZIlla168 to see if I'll be doing his car too. If not I am sure we can find another willing volunteer!

Everyone just come when you can, I'll be there all day and I want it to be as easy going as possible for everyone.

Great plan Picus.......and TNX.

GodZilla (Eric), are you up to get there for the early shift about 10 or 11 to give us longer-distance travelers a little wheel time?

Wayne, Sam, and Ian.....whomever can go.....I'm easy about the time too....Kevin's idea about getting there in time for Sam's job would be great since that'll give us all time to travel and get lunch b4 Kevin 'attacks' Sam's ride.

Wayne and Ian.....I hope you can make it.

Sam, as arranged, I'll get to you (or you to me) b4 Sunday.

Colin.

Ya, I'd bring it just in case we need an extra or if you want to give a panel a shot (for practice). Just be good to have even if you don't end up needing it (sort of like bringing an extra glove to a baseball game, right?). I am going to shoot for 10am depending on the weather that day. We'll nail down a day 100% by Tues/Wed at the latest. Sorry we have to kind of do it short notice like that, but we're at the mercy of the weather. /fingers crossed!

I'm free for 95% of the day so I could help out. I'll bring my P/C with me too!!
I'll be there at the start, whenever we decide what time that will be at.

I need lessons in cutting/polishing...

I'll be there as soon as I can also, and I will bring my PC if anyone needs it. I just used it yesterday it on my Black 97 GMC Z71 with a carnuba cleaner wax and boy my neglected old truck never looked so good.

Even tho some will be at the early session, I'm hoping to meet up with you all anyway, since we won't be much later than 12 or 1 anyway.

Let's hope the weather turns out as good as the forecast.

Colin.
