That's nuts... I would hold them 100% responsible for everything.

No way would I a loss from a screw up like that.

But how can any Tech in the world neglect the fact that when you take the freaking heavy axle off..the car is going to tip over...

I feel for the owner and the car

Some times the simplest things get overlooked.

For example: When soldering cables you need to slip the jacket on over the wire first then solder the connections. I’ve soldered first by accident a few times LOL.

Wow, a rookie mistake, or a flat out example of human error.
It's nasty when it happens, and I'm glad it wasn't my ride, but this type of thing can happen just about anywhere, bro.......don't sweet it too much since it probably won't happen again.

For me, I wouldn't be shy about going to Guelph Infiniti Nissan, or Oakville Infiniti.....
Other members have suggested other dealerships that they know well and like.
