GodOfCPU ... is there any chance that this screen would somehow fit in the G35 housing?

I think all of us would welcome a mostly glare-free screen.

 

I'm not GodofCPU, but according to the measurements, it is not a straight fit into the housing.

However, mp3car.com is working on either a nwe housing, or chaning an existing housing to fit this. So, at some point, yes, you will be able to buy this new transflective screen in a G35 housing, which I will gladly do, since it is very nice looking!

Here's an idea, let's see if we can get 10 of us to do the upgrade with our existing xenarcs.

 

I am, of course, down with that, but the odds of it happening are low, especcially since the company that did the original upgrades said they aren't going to do upgrades picemeal anymore (and to them, 10 screens is piecemeal)

Let's just start a list and see what happens. I'll try to contact FPD to see if they are willing to do a batch of xenarc 700tsv for us. Someone on mp3car mentioned that the minimum was 10, but maybe we can get lucky and get a lower limit like 5+.
